For Mobile/International Bookings enquiries such as Bridal, Large groups, Photo/Video shoots etc will be handled via email – firstname.lastname@example.org.

No booking is secure without a deposit & Overall Cab Fee.
A non-refundable deposit of £15 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment (CASH ONLY). If you’d like to reschedule, please do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or your deposit will be forfeited.
Premium bookings – additional £20: Before 10am and after 6pm, Emergency appointment, Sunday, Christmas & New Year Eves. Please email email@example.com or Direct Message us on Instagram.
Late and Cancellation Fee: If you are more than 10 minutes, a £10 late fee will be applied. After 20 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you’ll be charged 50% of the remaining balance. Failed to attend & cancelled appointments (48 hours & less), will be charged 50% of the remaining payment.
Parking: very limited. We would highly recommend using public transport or cab service. Please ensure you arrive at a good time before your appointment to find parking space on surrounding roads.
No Plus Ones: We do not allow any extra guests or children at any time. If you book with someone else you will need to attend your appointments at the times you have individually booked. Minors and disabled persons are allowed one guest, please alert me ahead of time.
- If you choose to bring your own makeup products, that is fine but the price of the service will remain the same because my service is all inclusive.
- No phone during the appointment unless it is an emergency.
